Returns & Exchange Policy

We’re here to make sure you love what you receive! However, in rare cases where something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.

Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases where:

The product is received damaged, or

You’ve received an incorrect item.

Mandatory Requirement: An uncut, clearly visible unboxing video is required as proof to process any return or exchange request.

How to Raise a Request:
If your order qualifies, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery by:

We’ll review the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

We know sometimes things don’t go as planned — and we’re here to help as much as we can!

Personalized Orders
Since personalized products are made just for you, they go into production right after you place the order. For this reason, we’re unable to accept any changes or cancellations once the order is confirmed. We truly appreciate your understanding!

Non-Personalized Orders
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll be happy to cancel it for you. However, once the order is dispatched, we won’t be able to make any changes or cancellations.

Refunds
If your order is eligible for a refund, on the grounds of the product delivered being wrong or damaged, it will be processed from our end and should reflect in your original payment method within 4–7 business days.
